We offer a 15-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If, within this period, you find that your Mystery Box did not meet your expectations or if there are any issues with the contents, you may be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at pawckage@gmail.com within the 15-day period. Provide your order details, and our team will guide you through the process.
3. Refund Criteria
For a refund to be processed, the following criteria must be met: The refund request is made within 15 days of the purchase date. The Mystery Box and its contents are returned in their original condition. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation, is provided.
4. Refund Process
Once your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within five (5) business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please securely pack the Mystery Box and its contents to prevent damage during transit.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or customized items, may be non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
